We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and has an interest in knives, outdoor gear, or sporting goods. This role is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week with flexibility available up to 25–30 hours per week for the right candidate.

• Greet customers, provide knowledgeable assistance, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Microtech’s products and share product knowledge with customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness and appearance.
• Support store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
• Passion or knowledge of knives, outdoor gear, or sporting goods is a plus.
