UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for an Associate Linerless Representative in Mills River, North Carolina.
The Associate Linerless Representative plays a critical role in accelerating growth of UPM Adhesive Materials’ linerless label solutions by generating demand, qualifying opportunities, and converting prospects into customers through phone, video, and digital engagement. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and wants to grow their career within sales or product leadership.

- Prospect new accounts through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities
- Target distributors, brand owners, and end users across key markets
- Manage a pipeline of small-to-mid-size linerless opportunities
- Advance qualified deals with Linerless Sales Managers when needed
- Communicate the value of linerless solutions and conduct virtual presentations
- Support customer trials, samples, pricing, and relationship growth
- Maintain CRM accuracy, meet KPIs, and collaborate across teams
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- You have 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience
- You have strong phone, video, and written communication skills
- You have excellent organization and time management abilities
- You have a hunter mindset and a strong work ethic
- You have a results-driven, competitive approach
- You have curiosity and a willingness to learn technical products
- You have a coachable, resilient attitude
