Role Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on‑site role located in Mills River, NC. This position oversees daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing cabinetry products and materials. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and ensuring safe and efficient use of warehouse space and equipment. The Warehouse Operations Manager leads and schedules warehouse staff, sets performance expectations, and supports training and development.

This role also works with customer‑facing teams to resolve order issues, meet deadlines, and uphold service standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience leading, coaching, and scheduling warehouse or operations teams.
  • Proficiency in operations management, including planning workflows and optimizing warehouse processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems or software.
  • Ability to provide responsive and professional customer service when coordinating orders and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse environments.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required and work on‑site in a physical warehouse setting.
  • Previous experience in cabinetry, construction materials, or a related industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics or operations are a plus.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with Kitchen Cabinets and trim carpentry.
  • MUST HAVE a vast knowledge of carpentry tools and machinery. Table saws, joiners, planers, drill press, drum sander, etc.
