Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
Job Description
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Shipping Department, including assisting with documentation, coordinating communication between teams, and supporting day‑to‑day shipping office operations.
Shift3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
MajorDuties & Responsibilities
- Performs general office duties to support shipping activities, including answering phones, maintaining logs, and assisting with paperwork.
- Coordinates schedules, meetings, and communication between shipping, production, and transportation teams.
- Creates and proofs basic correspondence, reports, and shipping‑related documentation.
- Serves as a liaison with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- 0–2 years of related work experience; prior experience in a shipping, warehouse, or administrative environment is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
