Short’s Marine is now hiring a Warranty Administrator!

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for accurately processing sales or service warranty claims as defined by each manufacturer.

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to learn all dealer and manufacturer software and systems
• Maintain meticulous records
• Establish and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with business parters, technicians, and management
• Act as customer advocate for all warranty issues
• Manage all warranty parts
• Follow assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Ability to work against tight deadlines
