• Associate’s degree in horticultural design or a related field.
• Experience with computer design software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with flexibility to collaborate with various crews.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
