POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Engineer – Manufacturing & Facilities Projects your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead, guide, and develop plant Project Engineers in the region. Manage engineering, design, and execution of plant projects with a hands-on and mentoring approach.
- Support plant engineers in managing full lifecycle of projects – planning to completion.
- Train, mentor, and coach Project Engineers to ensure professional growth.
- Enforce safety protocols across all project activities.
- Partner with Sr. Director of Processing Ops for capital budget planning and project updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Engineer – Manufacturing & Facilities Projects who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Engineer – Manufacturing & Facilities Projects would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- 7–10 years of poultry industry experience
- AutoCAD proficiency
