Job Description
As Regional Engineering Lead for the US region, you will own the end-to-end investment lifecycle of equipment, facilities, utilities and systems across sites in the region.
Key Accountabilities- Owning and managing the total lifecycle of site fixed assets in alignment with regional and site strategies.
- Partnering closely with Regional Operations Leaders to manage and optimize site fixed assets.
- Facilitate the management of capital projects through our company Capital Management Process, including presenting at the Animal Health Capital Review Committee (CRC).
- Ensuring successful delivery of capital investments (scope, schedule and cost) in line with strategic objectives.
- Driving optimization of site assets in terms of utilization, reliability, maintenance and regulatory compliance (including cGMP).
- Acting as the single point of contact for Site Project Managers, Capital Project Team Leads and Engineering/Maintenance Leads.
- Driving standard work, engineering best practices and knowledge sharing across sites.
- Supporting sites in the development of Site Master Plans and Long-Range Capital Plans.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 7‑10+ years of experience in engineering, maintenance and/or capital project planning and execution within a regulated environment.
- Strong experience with stage‑gate capital delivery models.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects and operational readiness activities.
- In‑depth knowledge of engineering principles, asset management, cGMP requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross‑functional and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $ - $. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
