Guest Service Attendant

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the opportunity of Guest services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest service Attendant:

* Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.

* Cleans and prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.

* Performs range maintenance such as: staging tee area, picking and washing balls, maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.

* Directs start of play and maintains an accurate starting sheet.

* Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.

* Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.

* Maintains the cart staging and storage areas in a neat, clean and orderly condition.

* Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy and speed of play.

* Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.

* Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.

* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

* Performs other duties as required.

Other

Qualifications:

* Must have a general understanding of the game of golf.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Regular and reliable attendance.

* Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
