The Millsboro, DE Animal Health facility is part of the Salisbury, MD‑DE Metropolitan Area and serves the local community while being integrated into a global manufacturing network.
- Work with a variety of manufacturing equipment throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Assist with equipment setup and operation.
- Perform manual and/or automated operations, general maintenance and support functions.
- Maintain housekeeping in all work areas and execute facility decontamination according to approved procedures.
- Assist with performing aseptic procedures including media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation and harvest, filling vaccines, etc.
- Assist with performing non‑aseptic procedures including handling of live poultry during tissue harvesting and waste processing.
- Fill, label, cap, package, and inspect product.
- Keep concurrent records, including charts, log books, and all pertinent documentation.
- Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as appropriate and notify appropriate personnel.
- Manage hazardous waste accumulation, labeling, and disposal, as appropriate to the area, upon complete training.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
- Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in weekly reports as assigned.
- Attend training classes, workshops, meetings, etc., as required to improve job skills and product‑related procedures.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- General knowledge of reading, mathematics, and computer skills.
- Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with other employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test.
- The position may have varying hours based on the needs of the business.
- Might require a rotating shift.
- Flexibility working overtime is a requirement in manufacturing.
- Travel is not part of this position.

Salary Range: $48,600 – $76,600. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
