We are looking for talented individuals to join our Production teams using key technologies for cell culture, filling and packaging.
Responsibilities- Work with a variety of manufacturing equipment throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Perform manual and/or automated operations, general maintenance and support functions.
- Anticipate and solve complex production/operational problems.
- Organize own time and that of others and supervise some work of others.
- Read, write and comprehend technical information and effectively impart information to colleagues at various levels.
- Perform more advanced mathematical calculations and conversions.
- Housekeeping in all work areas.
- Execute facility decontamination according to approved procedures.
- Perform aseptic procedures including media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation and harvest, filling vaccines, etc.
- Perform non-aseptic procedures including handling of live poultry in the process of harvesting tissue and waste.
- Fill, label, cap, package, and inspect product.
- Conduct concurrent record keeping including charts, log books, and all pertinent documentation.
- Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as appropriate while notifying appropriate personnel.
- Accountable for accumulation, labeling and management of hazardous wastes, as appropriate to their area, provided proper training has been completed.
- Plan and implement daily and weekly laboratory assignments as well as special projects and other tasks.
- Attend training classes, workshops, meetings, etc., as required to improve job skills and product-related procedures.
- Demonstrate, at all times, safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
- Comprehend and comply with all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor and assist in supervision of other team members within the manufacturing group.
- Assist in weekly reports as assigned.
- Serve on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable.
- Assist with the direction of others by ensuring written procedures are followed, ensuring safety of team members, ensuring facility and equipment are properly maintained, participating in special projects, assisting in scheduling work, ensuring work is completed, and assume supervisory role when supervision is absent.
- High School diploma/GED with minimum 4 years of laboratory or production experience.
- Associate degree in Science or Engineering with minimum 3 years of laboratory or production experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with minimum 2 years of laboratory or production experience.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend technical information and effectively impart information to colleagues at various levels.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of reading, mathematics and computer skills.
- Ability to communicate and work in cooperation with other employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test.
- Experience in Aseptic clean room behaviors preferred.
- Varying hours based on business needs.
- May require a rotating shift.
- Flexibility working overtime required.
- Travel not required.

Salary range: $71,900 – $113,200 annually. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
