Our Animal Health team offers veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and health management solutions. The Millsboro, DE facility is located in Sussex County, DE, within the Salisbury, MD–DE metropolitan area, 20 minutes from Delaware beaches and 40 minutes from Ocean City, MD.

The Senior Technician performs advanced laboratory services across the manufacturing cycle, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role includes operating machinery, performing aseptic and non‑aseptic procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring the safety and quality of products.

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment throughout the manufacturing cycle.

• High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory or production experience.
• Or Associate’s degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of laboratory or production experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical information and effectively communicate with colleagues.
• Capability to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics and computer skills.
• Collaborative communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test.
• Preferred:
  Aseptic clean room experience.

Salary range: $65,100 – $102,500. The exact salary within the range is based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other factors. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive plans. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
