We are a global animal health manufacturer with more than 130 years of experience, focused on developing vaccines and medicines for animals. Our Bioprocessing Production team uses cell culture and bulk antigen technology. The role is based at our Millbrook, DE facility in the Salisbury, MD‑DE Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment during the production cycle.
- Assist with equipment setup, operation, and general maintenance.
- Perform manual and/or automated processes, including aseptic procedures such as media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation, and vaccine filling.
- Handle non‑aseptic procedures, including live poultry harvesting and waste management.
- Label, cap, package, and inspect finished products.
- Maintain accurate records, charts, logbooks, and documentation.
- Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations, notifying appropriate personnel.
- Assist in weekly reports and other assigned documentation tasks.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety and company policies.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- General reading, mathematics, and computer skills required.
- Effective communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
- Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test.
- Experience in cleanroom environments and GMP operations preferred.

Salary range: $48,600 – $76,600. The final salary will be based on education, experience, and qualifications.
