Job Summary
Production Technician – Cell Culture, Filling and Packaging. Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing aseptic and non‑aseptic procedures, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Works in a 24/7 plant environment with rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
- Perform manual and automated operations, general maintenance, and support functions.
- Maintain housekeeping and execute facility decontamination procedures.
- Execute aseptic procedures such as media preparation, antigen inoculation, tissue culture preparation, and vaccine filling.
- Conduct non‑aseptic procedures involving live poultry harvesting and waste handling.
- Fill, label, cap, package, and visually inspect product batches.
- Maintain accurate concurrent records, charts, log books, and documentation.
- Identify and report compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations to appropriate personnel.
- Manage hazardous waste accumulation, labeling, and disposal in accordance with training.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and assist in weekly reporting as assigned.
High School diploma or GED required. Basic experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, documentation, reading, mathematics, and computer skills are necessary. Ability to communicate and collaborate within a manufacturing team, and successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test are required.

$48,600 – $76,600 annually, plus potential bonus and long‑term incentive.
Work ConditionsMay vary hours, rotating shift, overtime required. No travel or relocation. Valid driving license not required.
