Mountaire Farms is seeking a day-shift supervisor to oversee department operations in our poultry processing environment. You will ensure orders are fulfilled, staffing is adequate, and SOPs/GPPs are followed to maintain quality, efficiency and safety.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of HACCP and USDA sanitation regulations. Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management or Business.
