Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador works within all digital initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club).

• Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and responsibly by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner devices to pick, verify, and move orders from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems and expired or short‑dated goods.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor with reserve area pulls when possible.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity KPIs and service level agreements.
• Follow SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club, ensuring high urgency and adherence to performance metrics.
• Package orders securely per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized staging area and perform housekeeping duties.
• Handle damaged goods, spoiled products, and returns according to standard procedures.
• Adhere to all club policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Work flexibly across departments as required; maintain reliable attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.

• Continuous movement on hard surfaces; frequently bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping.
• Lifting objects up to 30 pounds; occasionally heavier with assistance.
• Exposure to loud equipment, temperature extremes, and approved cleaning agents.
• Work environment consistently busy and dynamic.

Pay range starts at $16.75 per hour. Compensation varies by location, education, experience, and qualifications.
