• Prepare and load vehicles with necessary plant materials and tools for daily assignments.
• Utilize equipment such as spades and rakes to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant containers and surrounding areas by removing debris and waste.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides to flowerbeds and containers as needed.
• Fill pots and containers with soil and install new plant materials and decorative features.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project goals.

• Basic knowledge or interest in plants and gardening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow directions.
• Willingness to operate various motorized equipment, including trucks and loaders.
• Valid license or reliable transportation required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
