Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial plumber. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various small and medium commercial plumbing projects. This role requires leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a full understanding of commercial plumbing installation.

Duties:

• Report to commercial supervisor and foreman for project information and tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report to field supervisor to keep projects on track
• Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety and efficiency on the construction site
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections of the site
• Meet deadlines and schedules
• Work with other departments and or take on additional duties as necessary
• Make material lists and call for part deliveries

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial plumbing role
• Strong knowledge of construction operations
• Proficient blueprint reading skills with an understanding of technical drawings
• Ability to effectively lead teams, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts on-site
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction management
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass drug test
