• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Irrigation Service Department, ensuring efficient scheduling and completion of service projects.
• Drive profitable growth by generating and selling irrigation service work to both existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for irrigation repairs, upgrades, seasonal services, and maintenance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services, such as system upgrades, smart controllers, water-saving improvements, and landscape lighting.
• Supervise, train, and coach Irrigation Service Technicians, promoting high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with other departments, including landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscaping, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for irrigation service customers, managing appointments, project timelines, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor production schedules, technician productivity, and project quality to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and assist with department reporting and performance tracking.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for service team members.

• Experience in irrigation service, installation, or maintenance, with a strong understanding of irrigation systems and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including supervising, training, and coaching field technicians.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and job documentation.
