We’re looking for a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fleet vehicles while ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime. About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fleet vehicles while ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
- Perform mechanical repairs and ensure vehicles remain safe and operational
- Identify potential maintenance issues before they lead to downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety, maintenance, and operating procedures
- Assist, guide, and mentor less experienced mechanics
- Support overall fleet reliability and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Brake Certification or Refrigerant Recovery Certification is a plus
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Stable work history preferred, ideally 1-2+ years with current employer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Skills

Preferred Skills
