Job Description
Assist in the overall Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). of driver compliance, administration, and audit, as well as safety training of personnel to assure compliance and safety awareness for Mountaire. The goal is to reduce vehicle accidents and improve overall Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) scores.
MajorDuties & Responsibilities
- DOT compliance: driver compliance, administration, and auditing.
- Driver safety training.
- Driver ride‑along and roadside observations.
- Commercial vehicle inspections.
- Accident investigations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience supporting a transportation department with a focus on DOT compliance.
- Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT Hours of Service (HOS), onboarding computer training, and driver training.
