• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in English and Spanish across core subjects
• Support students' language acquisition using NJSLS/WIDA standards and best instructional practices
• Differentiate instruction to meet varying academic and language proficiency levels
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt lessons to support growth
• Create a positive, culturally responsive classroom environment
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, ESL staff, and support personnel
• Communicate regularly with families and encourage family engagement

• NJ Elementary Teacher certification with Bilingual/Bicultural endorsement required
• Must be fluent in speaking Spanish/English
• BA/BS from an accredited college/university
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
