What You’ll Own (and Ace)We’re hiring a Solution Engineer who brings deep expertise in QA and automation
, along with the confidence and clarity to communicate our value in pre-sales conversations. This role is a perfect blend of technical acumen and customer engagement, helping global organizations evaluate and adopt cutting-edge testing solutions. You'll work alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive strategic conversations and build trust with QA and engineering leaders.

Experience & Technical Expertise:
- 5-7 years of hands‑on experience in Solution Engineering, QA, automation, or SDET roles.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Circle
CI. - Prior experience in a customer‑facing or pre‑sales capacity (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling technical story.
- Passion for improving QA workflows and simplifying complex technical processes.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.

- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and position Lambda Test as the right‑fit solution.
- Delivering tailored product demos, proof of concepts, and onboarding sessions.
- Translating customer QA and test automation workflows into platform‑aligned solutions.
- Acting as a technical advisor during RFPs, security assessments, and technical validations.
- Engaging with QA Managers, SDETs, Dev Ops, and CTOs to map their pain points to our solutions.
- Providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Leverage your QA expertise to shape how companies test at scale.
- Be a key player in pre‑sales strategy and customer onboarding success.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive product adoption.
