A pet supplies company is seeking a capable and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving processes, and supporting company growth. A company car will be provided.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations and staff
- Leading, training, and motivating a warehouse team
- Improving efficiency, organization, and workflow processes
- Overseeing inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensuring safety standards and operational procedures are followed
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Hardworking, dependable, and hands-on approach
- Ability to drive efficiency and accountability
- Warehouse or operations experience preferred
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
