About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to manage all incoming and outgoing shipments essential to plant operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and accurately storing materials, as well as preparing and shipping finished products, parts, and equipment. You will operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy by tracking material quantities and locations.
Success in this role comes from maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while meeting customer requirements.

How You Will Contribute- Receive, verify and put away all incoming shipments of supplies and raw materials.
- Operate forklift to transfer material in and around the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading of all trucks.
- Verifying packaging configuration and storage of all finished product.
- Keep accurate records of all materials, supplies, and finished product quantities and locations.
- Keep appropriate glass type and tube size of tubing in tubing staging area of warehouse.
- Keep appropriate packaging materials in ready area.
- Maintaining a safe clean work area.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement in all areas of EHS.
- Comply with Government Regulatory requirements.
- Eliminate any unsafe acts.
- Commit to meeting the customer requirements.
- Follow all applicable EHS policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvements activities as needed.
- Must have good attendance, good attitude and good job performance.
- Exemplifies all safety, health and environment rules, company rules, regulations and ISO procedures and work instructions.
- Follow the 4 C's outlined in the company policy - communication, commitment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to NiproHigh school diploma or (GED) or equivalent on the job experience.
Average math skills are required. Must be able to drive a forklift. Must pass an d maintain forklift license requirements.
