Nipro Pharma Packaging is seeking a Material Handler B to join our Millville, NJ manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in ensuring production has the materials needed to manufacture life-saving pharmaceutical packaging products. From operating forklifts and managing inventory to maintaining organized warehouse and staging areas, you'll help drive efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the facility.

• Operate a forklift to transfer materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials between the warehouse and production floor.
• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, locations, and usage.
• Stage materials in designated ready areas to support current and future production needs.
• Pull materials from storage locations, tag and stage them for production use, and return unused packaging materials to inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in warehouse and staging areas.
• Assist the Production team as directed.
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
• Comply with all applicable government regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Production and other departments as required.
• Follow the 4 C's outlined in the QMS policy — communication, commitment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret written documents and work instructions.
• Basic to average math skills.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation physical requirements for operating a motorized vehicle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and company values.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Inventory control and material tracking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Hourly Rate: $20.48 per hour
• Eligible for quarterly bonus opportunities, up to $700/quarter
