• Execute the precise assembly of electronic components and PCB systems to ensure product integrity.
• Optimize assembly line throughput by maintaining consistent workflow and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve defects early.
• Perform complex repairs and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies to minimize downtime.
• Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA standards and shop floor protocols.
• Utilize precision measurement tools, including tape measures, to ensure exact component alignment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in soldering and working with PCB components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to perform detailed work with high manual dexterity.

• Active OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
• Experience working with switchgears and complex industrial equipment.
• Strong grasp of shop math for precise component integration.
• Familiarity with advanced quality control methodologies.
