Production Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the packaging industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Packer to join their team. As a Production Packer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. Job Title: Production Packer

Location: MILLVILLE, NJ

Pay Range: $19.60

Shift: 8PM to 8AM (rotating days off)

• Operate multiple injection molding machines following written instructions, visual cues, and computer interfaces.
• Conduct quality inspections based on specific written and visual guidelines to ensure product standards.
• Monitor machine operations to detect and address malfunctions promptly.
• Complete all required logs, data entries, and hourly checks accurately using computer systems.
• Assemble gaylord boxes for storage and transportation of finished products, maintaining safety and quality standards.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
