Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Millville, NJ 08332
Shift: 8 Hours (11pm-7:30am)
Responsibilities- Accurately record patient medical histories.
- Measure and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Observe patients to assess progress and identify medication side-effects.
- Monitor patient conditions, including fluid intake/output, and maintain patient charts.
- Licensed LPN certification.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred.
- COVID vaccination or religious exemption.
