Overview
All Season Solar is seeking applicants for Truck Driver / CDL Driver. We are looking for problem solvers, self‑motivators and action‑oriented thinkers. In this position, Truck Driver / CDL Driver will transport and assist loading equipment and tools from different job sites / locations.
Responsibilities- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.
- Participate in pre‑task planning.
- Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Manage time and routes for Installation / Service Schedule.
- Work well independently and in team environments.
- Inspect, maintain and operate a motor vehicle.
- Tow heavy equipment trailers.
- Valid Driver License.
- CDL preferred.
- Motor vehicle report check and pre‑employment drug screening.
- Clean driving record necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds plus, while bending and twisting.
- Not afraid to climb the roof.
- Open and transparent communication.
- Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.
- Health, Vision Plans.
- Paid Time-Off and Paid Holidays.
