AP Specialist

AP SPECIALIST | $30–$40/HR

If you’re an experienced Accounts Payable professional who knows how to keep things moving in a high-volume environment, this could be a great opportunity!

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day AP activities, including:

✅ Managing a high volume of invoices each month
✅ Handling weekly payment runs
✅ Processing employee expenses and payment requests
✅ Researching discrepancies and following up on outstanding items
✅ Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements
✅ Maintaining documentation related to vendor and subcontractor activity
✅ Assisting with year-end 1099 processing
✅ Jumping in on additional accounting projects when needed

⭐ 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
⭐ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
⭐ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
⭐ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
⭐ Able to prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow through
⭐ Professional, dependable, and collaborative

➕ Construction industry experience

➕ Experience with Viewpoint Vista
