Job Title

Government Services, Engineering & Business Account Manager at Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Service Order Management Specialist supporting an international electronics group based out of Columbia, MD. This position will work an 8-5 shift Monday through Friday with overtime availability sitting out of Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by researching and utilizing company tools and resources.
  • Respond to inquiries about the status of service orders.
  • Process quotes, orders, RMAs, and customer purchase orders.
  • Troubleshoot orders and document processes and work instructions.
  • Meet KPI objectives relevant to the department standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide and maintain positive customer relations.
    • Qualifications

    We are looking for someone with outstanding oral and written communication skills, basic computer/Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to customers while working collaboratively internally.
