We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Senior Vice President. This role calls for strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global setting. You will play a key role in supporting executive operations and facilitating clear, effective communication.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar management, including managing and prioritizing a dynamic executive calendar while coordinating with senior leaders and global partners.
- Meeting and event coordination, including planning leadership meetings, offsites, and events, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
- Executive communication support, including approvals and correspondence handled with professionalism and discretion.
- Travel coordination, including domestic and international travel planning with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative operations such as expense reporting, purchase orders, and meeting technology support.
- Project support through collaboration with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Team partnership through sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and contributing to a cohesive administrative team.
- Five or more years of experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and global travel.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
- A collaborative approach with a natural leadership presence.
