Arrow Rental & Supply, the internal equipment and logistics provider for XL Construction and its subsidiaries, is looking for an Associate Equipment Specialist to support day‑to‑day operations in our construction equipment rental and jobsite support services. This role works closely with project teams to source equipment, manage inventory, process orders, and ensure timely, accurate billing. You’ll help keep projects running smoothly by coordinating rentals, tracking fleet usage, reconciling invoices, and providing solutions for equipment needs in the field.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Process equipment orders, rentals, and returns for XL projects and subsidiaries
- Source gear internally and through third‑party rental partners
- Manage inventory data and assist with physical counts at facilities or jobsites
- Reconcile invoices and maintain accurate records
- Support project teams with equipment selection, availability, and troubleshooting
- 2+ years of supply chain, logistics, or equipment rental experience
- High School or GED completed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; billing or inventory software experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑service mindset, and able to juggle multiple priorities
$52,000 – $72,000 annually, plus full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
