Debug Test Technician

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing organization, is seeking a Debug Test Technician to join their team. As a Debug Test Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Support team supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hr

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

• Debug and troubleshoot high‑speed printed circuit boards down to the electronic component level.
• Perform detailed analysis and testing of PCBA boards, including RMA and production units.
• Utilize electronic measuring tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power meters, and signal generators to diagnose issues.
• Document failure symptoms, root causes, and debug procedures to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Analyze test parametric data to identify potential causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.

• Strong knowledge of digital electronics and repair methodologies.
• Experience reading schematic diagrams and understanding circuit functionality.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality standards.
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience troubleshooting complex PCBA boards.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for record‑keeping and reporting.
