Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership
- Drive product vision and strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business goals.
- Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration and timely decision-making.
- Program Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success. - Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization. - Provide clear, concise updates through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Act as the single source of truth for program status, escalating issues and decisions when necessary.
- Process Optimization:
Continuously improve workflows and execution efficiency. - Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement scalable solutions and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Launch Readiness:
Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market execution and post-launch support. - Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.
- Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
