Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program lifecycle for semiconductor manufacturing solutions, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to align program goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating issues to executive leadership as needed.
- Develop and present program status reports, metrics, and roadmaps to senior management.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a high‑technology or semiconductor environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary programs using Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
