Some detailed activities:

• Meeting scheduling (new/update/cancel)
• Maintain meeting agendas (incl. coordination with host/presenters)
• Document meeting minutes
• Capture, document and drive action items to closure
• Elaborate and document PMO processes
• Others program related activities inherent to PMO responsibilities
