Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist to join their team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting various cross‑functional departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process, including forecasting, manufacturing slot requests, booking, shipment, and revenue recognition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order placement and administration for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to review customer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales orders in Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle CPQ, and update sales database records regularly.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, manage order changes, and communicate shipment status across multiple teams and time zones.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of order management experience or equivalent business experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle CPQ is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
    PowerPoint and Power BI exposure is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
