Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milpitas, CA with a well-established general contractor in the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction space. This role is ideal for a highly organized construction administrative professional who enjoys supporting complex projects, coordinating documentation, and keeping project teams aligned from start to finish.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to support successful project execution, compliance, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, permits, and licenses.

Serve as a key communication point for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory contacts.

Support project scheduling by tracking timelines, milestones, procurement schedules, material deliveries, meetings, inspections, and site visits.

Assist with contract administration, invoice tracking, project expenses, change orders, budget records, and cost tracking.

Support quality control and compliance efforts by helping monitor safety standards, regulatory requirements, inspections, audits, and project documentation accuracy.

Prepare project status reports, track issues and risks, and communicate updates to project managers and senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
