The operations finance team influences business decisions with accurate information and recommendations. The corporate team provides services such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting, and M&A support.

Position Description

Executive Assistant – Investor Relations and Market Analytics

This is a high-expectation, high-visibility role for a polished operator who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with precision, and execute in a fast-paced public-company environment. The role is expected to be more than 50% focused on Investor Relations / Market Analytics coordination with the remainder reserved for flexible CFO Staff support. The use of AI and willingness to learn AI best-practices will be a critical part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate investor-facing logistics, including earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and site visits (including investor bus tours).
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities for Investor Relations leadership and related activities.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, executive summaries, agendas, attendee lists, and follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain control over investor and analyst contact lists, meeting trackers, CRM systems, and document organization.
  • Provide disciplined support to the Market Analytics team by coordinating recurring deliverables, research workflows, meetings, and distributions.
  • Support CFO Staff requests with urgency and precision, including action-item tracking, executive materials, and project coordination.
  • Examples of CFO support needs may include travel support, coordinating large group meetings with catering, expense report support, signatures management, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure deliverables are polished, accurate, and on time with meticulous attention to detail across every touchpoint.
  • Build effective working relationships across Finance, Investor Relations, Market Analytics, Legal, Communications, and executive support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting an Investor Relations function, Office of the CFO, or publicly traded company leadership team.
  • Familiarity with earnings processes, investor conferences, CRM systems, and capital-markets-related workflows.
  • Experience in a semiconductor, technology, or similarly rigorous environment is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support with exposure to finance or investor relations preferred.
  • Ability to support senior executives and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams.
