Order Management Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Order Management Specialist to join their team. As a Order Management Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Support end-to-end order fulfillment, including forecasting, manufacturing slot requests, booking, shipment, and revenue recognition.

+ Serve as the primary contact for order placement and administration for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

+ Maintain accurate sales orders in Oracle EBS and assist with quotations based on sales and marketing input.

+ Review and organize order documentation such as POs, quotes, technical specs, NDAs, and T&Cs to ensure clean bookings and proper revenue recognition.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, legal, and supply chain to resolve order issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 1 year of order management experience or equivalent business experience.

+ Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

+

Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle CPQ is preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
PowerPoint and Power BI exposure is a plus.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across different time zones.
