The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Program Manager – Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Scheduling is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading an integrated planning process that aligns customer demand, operational capacity, supply availability, and financial objectives. This role serves as the central orchestrator between Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management teams to ensure business plans are translated into executable build plans that optimize customer service, operational efficiency, inventory, and financial performance.

The candidate thrives in ambiguity, drives results through influence rather than

authority, and is skilled at bringing together diverse stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. This individual combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution to establish scalable planning processes that support growth and operational excellence.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, planning calendars, and performance metrics.
• Lead monthly cross-functional reviews that align demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Drive organizational adoption of planning best practices and process discipline.

• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Commercial teams to develop and maintain demand forecasts.
• Translate forecasts into executable master production and build plans.
• Balance customer demand, supply constraints, inventory targets, capacity limitations, and financial objectives.

• Operates effectively in evolving environments with incomplete information.
• Creates structure, clarity, and direction where processes or governance do not yet exist.
