- Base Salary $100k‑$120k

- Support the Site Superintendent in the daily operations of an active jobsite.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Monitor site safety and quality control, conducting regular inspections.
- Assist with project scheduling and tracking progress against timelines.
- Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant jobsite.
- Assist with inspections and documentation for local authorities and project managers.
- Identify and help resolve field‑level construction issues.
- Foster communication between field personnel, project management, and inspectors.
- High School Diploma (additional experience is a plus).
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
- Previous experience with 200+ unit ground‑up multifamily and mixed‑use projects, including podium, garden walk‑up, and other Type I developments.
- General knowledge of construction principles and processes.
- Experience building relationships with owners and managing field staff.
- Prior experience with MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
