Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic instructors who enjoy working with elementary-aged children. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, can lead engaging activities, and create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Facilitate hands‑on STEAM activities and projects
- Engage and supervise students in a safe and supportive environment
- Follow provided lesson plans and curriculum
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem‑solving
- Assist with classroom setup and cleanup
- Communicate professionally with staff and parents when needed
- Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or related fields)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Background in education, STEM, engineering, science, arts, or related fields is a plus
- College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Part‑time, weekday afternoons
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
