Company & Position InsightsThe role of an Athletes Global After School Program Leader involves overseeing all procedures in a school program, providing academic support, homework assistance, coordinating supplies, supervising programs, and implementing projects and activities.
Education & Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience managing youth or after‑school programs.
Skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective leadership and management skills
- Organization and multi‑tasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge in math, laws, and their application in an after‑school setting
- Conduct regular site visits, observe instructors, and provide timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with instructors.
- Write weekly programmatic reports, provide program highlights, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Manage special initiatives and projects such as vendor fairs.
- Ensure that all area programs meet AGC program quality expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work LocationHybrid: in‑person at program sites, virtual for meetings and communication. 75% in‑person, 25% remote.
