The role of an Athletes Global After School Program Leader involves overseeing all procedures in a school program, providing academic support, homework assistance, coordinating supplies, supervising programs, and implementing projects and activities.

Minimum 1 year of experience managing youth or after‑school programs.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective leadership and management skills
• Organization and multi‑tasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
• Advanced knowledge in math, laws, and their application in an after‑school setting

• Conduct regular site visits, observe instructors, and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with instructors.
• Write weekly programmatic reports, provide program highlights, and make recommendations based on findings.
• Manage special initiatives and projects such as vendor fairs.
• Ensure that all area programs meet AGC program quality expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
