** _Electro-Mechanical RMA Assembler Technician_
** _-Intermediate Preference: experience working with_   
** _medical devices, RMAs and investigations._*
* _Contract assignments for up to 12 months, with extensions possible_

** _Job Summary _*
* +  
** _RMA, troubleshoot, investigate, and document electromechanical_*
* ** _medical devices._*
* +  _This role emphasizes hands-on electromechanical work, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferred experience using the MDSR Salesforce application for device safety/case tracking_

+  _Strong investigation writing skills needed_

** _Assignment Objectives_*
* +  _Support production and RMA_

+  _Complete accurate build and test records to enable timely release and transfer of work._

+  _Provide reliable, well-documented troubleshooting, investigation and RMA._

** _Key Responsibilities _*
* +  _Assemble, wire, and mechanically fit electromechanical components per drawings and instructions._

+  
** _RMA, troubleshooting and investigation_
** _along with_  _verification, and calibration using bench instruments, multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies_

+   _Log safety events/cases and maintain case status in MDSR Salesforce preferred_

+  _Create and maintain build/test records, deviation reports, and basic data summaries using Microsoft Office_

+  _Diagnose and repair electrical/electromechanical faults, document corrective actions._

+  _Support first article builds, production runs, or process validation activities as assigned._

+   _Follow change control, nonconformance handling, and quality procedures._

+  _Provide clear handover documentation and status at assignment completion._

** _Required Qualifications _*
* +  _Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field._

+  
** _1-3 years hands-on experience_
** _in assembly, test, or repair of electromechanical or electronic products_

** _Practical skills:_*
* +  _soldering, wiring, crimping, and mechanical fastening_

+  _Comfortable using a multimeter, oscilloscope, and basic bench equipment._

+  _Proficient with Microsoft Office:
Excel: data entry, formulas, Pivot Tables, charts; basic lookup functions._

+  _Word/PowerPoint: preparing technical notes and concise presentations. Outlook/Teams/SharePoint: communication and document control._

+  _Strong attention to documentation and ability to follow written procedures._

+  _Ability to read basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings._

_Must complete required EHS and ESD training before independent work in controlled areas. Candidate must provide reliable availability for the agreed shift and immediate start where required. Competencies Behavioral
