Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated new college grade to join our Process Integration and Modeling team to work on Virtual Manufacture Engineering, focusing on device this position, you will have opportunities to learn from and work alongside some of the best process, process integration, TCAD, device, and design experts in the industry to develop future memory technology. You will get a chance to utilize TCAD simulation tool to work on the following:
- Create simulation flows, develop physical models, and analyze the fundamental device and process issues encountered in cutting-edge memory technology development.
- Deliver executable models to support process optimization and cell device characteristics improvement.
- Work closely with process integration, cell device and other cross-functional teams to understand development challenges, provide solutions, guidance and recommendations through TCAD simulations and innovations.
- Explore new memory devices and system modeling.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
Required:
- This position requires a minimum of an MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field, graduating before July 2026. A Ph.D. degree is strongly recommended and prior working experience in semiconductor industry is highly desired. Recent graduated postdoctoral scholar may also be considered.
- The candidate must have solid understanding in semiconductor device physics.
- The ideal individual has hands‑on experience with TCAD device or process simulation tools such as Sentaurus.
- Good understanding of NAND Flash memory and/or emerging memory is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, Tcl or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
