Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for an "Electrical Engineer(Systems & Subsystems Design)" based out of Milpitas,CA.
Job Duration:
Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $85/hr on W2
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical components, modules, and subsystems for complex systems. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the design lifecycle
, from requirements and feasibility to testing and manufacturing handoff, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless system integration.
- Design and develop electrical parts, modules, and subsystems
- Perform circuit, timing, thermal, and electrical load analysis
, including FPGA modeling - Develop schematics and detailed designs using tools such as OrCAD, PSpice, and FPGA platforms (Xilinx/Altera)
- Lead prototype development, testing, system integration, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Mechanical, Software, Optical, Systems, Manufacturing
- Manage suppliers to ensure design requirements and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues across development phases
- Strong experience in electrical system design and analysis
- Proficiency with EDA tools (OrCAD, PSpice) and FPGA development platforms
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
