- Test and optimize automated equipment in the semiconductor field
- Communicate with customers regarding testing applications for automated equipment
- Determine materials, equipment, and installation sequences to maximize efficiency
- Define layout diagrams, orientations, locations, facility requirements, and building features for equipment installation
- Assist with kit design and participate in design reviews for implementation
- Commission equipment and verify system functionality to meet performance expectations
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, motor, and pneumatic systems
- Perform calibration, installation, configuration, and recipe tuning of automated equipment
- Identify hardware, software, or safety issues and provide feedback to the technical team
- Identify design or assembly issues and provide feedback to technical or production teams
- Provide training on system operation, maintenance, and calibration
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service records
- Travel up to 25%
- Must have current authorization to work in the USA
- Knowledge of computer peripherals
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting and debugging
- Ability to perform hands‑on work using basic hand tools
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) preferred
- Bilingual preferred:
